El Corazón translates to “The Heart,” a fitting name for a community located at the center of Santa Fe’s cultural, culinary, and artistic life. From here, guests can explore the city on foot, returning at day’s end to a quiet, secure residence with private underground parking.

Whether visiting for a long weekend or an extended stay, this home offers an ideal balance of location, design, and ease.

You will find it located 3 blocks from the center of all that is Santa Fe. There are too many restaurants within walking distance to count. Museums, food, music, art, spas, nearby hiking, golf, casino and of course the world famous Santa Fe Opera!

A workout room available during clubhouse business hours and a common are barbecue grill on property are available to guests

Residence is private for you. While I will not physically be around I am immediately available all during your stay for questions and to address any unlikely issues

We have an abundance of culinary options within walking distance of the residence. Two grocery stores and a drug store are also just blocks away

The townhouse is within walking distance of everything downtown Santa Fe. That’s a good thing so you can just park your car in our climate controlled underground garage and access everything without the hassles of finding parking.

THE RESIDENCE - Luxurious property furnished to a luxury hotel's brand standards..

Residence is located in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex just 2 blocks North and 1 block West of Santa Fe's downtown plaza and immediately across the street from Santa Fe's Convention Center.

The Bedrooms -

All 3 Bedrooms include sumptuous Sterns and Foster mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spreads.

Easy access downstairs is a Queen bed with direct French door connection to the professionally landscaped patio. The downstairs bedroom offers direct passage to the adjoining bath with soothing shower.

Upstairs Queen bedroom is an ensuite with bath containing a shower.

The Master Bedroom adjoins a private balcony with mountain views and on summer evenings the sounds of Santa Fe Bandstand playing 2 blocks away. On cool spring, fall and winter evenings and nights you will enjoy the room's private Kiva fireplace for warmth and romance. The Master Bedroom is appointed with a tall King bed, sitting area, Samsung Smart TV and Bluetooth clock radio for bringing along your personal tunes. The Master Bedroom's ensuite bath includes double sink vanity, full width mirror, whirlpool tub and large glass shower with massaging shower head and bench.

The Patios -

On ground level you will find a pleasantly landscaped street side patio with seating for 4 at a table in front of a full size, outdoor, gas log fireplace. The patio boasts two more lounging chairs with table/footstool for keeping your drinks close at hand.

The Kitchen -

Equipped with service for 8 (we can accommodate expansion for more prior to your arrival on request). Breakfast area in kitchen seats 4. Stainless steel appliances include full size Jenn Aire refrigerator with in-door water and ice, 6 burner gas range, full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven and 2 slice Toaster. Caphalon Stainless and non-stick cookware are provided in the unlikely event you want to forego the countless culinary adventures Santa Fe has to offer within walking distance of the residence.

The Dining Area -

A large tressell table provides ample seating for 6. A provided extension and inclusion of chairs from the breakfast table extends dining area capacity to 10 for entertaining or adding meals with family members renting other units in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex. Dimmer capable lighting and provided candles combine to create a custom atmosphere to enjoy your vacation meal with family and friends.
