VRBO.com will charge you a service fee but you may receive peace of mind knowing you have a third party working on your behalf. I value VRBO as a business partner and they are a very integral part of my success.
Do NOT inquire through VRBO.com if you would like to save some fees amounting to a few hundred dollars by booking direct.

If you do not inquire through VRBO.com, I am happy to bill you direct by PayPal invoice which will allow you to make payment via credit card directly to reserve and pay for your residence rental.
Our properties often book up a year in advance. However, we have a number of guests who "winter" or otherwise rent our residences for their seasons in Santa Fe (they have a residence in Santa Fe without the maintenance of a residence). If you are interested in 30, 60 or 90 day seasonal rentals, please contact me using the form below if you would like to book a residence in excess of 30 days. I will provide you a quote which will likely be 50% less than VRBO.com or AirBnB quotes, depending on season.
