• Check-in is 1:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am.
• From Albuquerque Sunport (about an hour) take I-25 north to St. Francis Drive, then follow the map link to 103 Catron Street. Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) is about 20 minutes away.
• Garage entry instructions: gate, code delivery, will be communicated to you via email or your booking site portal about 5 days before arrival and a reminder 24 hours before arrival
• Your door code arrives 24 hours before arrival via email or your booking site.

• Wi-Fi network and password are on a card on the dining table.
• Trash and recycling: Near Unit #1, a property map will be on the dining table.
• Fireplaces: Are gas log with electronic ignition. Standard wall switches near the fireplaces turn them on and off
• Quiet hours in El Corazón are 10 pm to 7 am.

Santa Fe is at about 7,200 feet. Drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen even in winter, and expect cool nights in every season. Summer afternoons often bring short monsoon storms from July to September.

Keeping it simple, here’s a checklist for departure details. We’ll take care of everything else and look forward to your next stay in our residence.

• Bag all kitchen trash and take it to the trash area near Unit #1. See property map. The trash bins are in the Northeast corner of the complex (we regret asking you to do this, we do so simply to keep bugs under control)
• Leave dishes in dishwasher or sink
• Leave unopened food and beverages you don’t want on the counter or in fridge. It will be donated and properly consumed
• Leave bed linens on bed, unmade
• Leave towels in bathrooms, on floor
• Make sure all patio doors are closed and locked. Door levers do not push down IF they are locked. Please check.
• Check drawers, closets, under beds and electric sockets for personal items/gear
• Ensure Entry Door is locked behind you
• Text “we are gone” to us as you depart to the number on the dining table
